Dear PIX Short Film Festival Entrants,

Thanks to everyone across India for participating in the 1st Annual PIX Short Film Festival. The response was so overwhelming, that it took the PIX Team much longer than initially expected to review all the films that were submitted (we received nearly one thousand from all over India!). Finally, we are able to announce the three Finalists of the PIX Short Film Festival. If you aren't one of the filmmakers selected to have your film on PIX, we still want to encourage you to remain involved with filmmaking in India, and keep fighting the good fight. In fact, PIX's new filmmakers' competition is just now getting under way, and perhaps it will offer you another way to break into
